Walking on water?

    I think the world of my Simmies, but seriously! It's disconcerting to say the least when they jump in the pool then bounce to the surface and walk their laps. Obviously I have a bug of some sort, but I don't have any mods relating to the pools and I've repaired the game twice.
    Any suggestions?
