What is The Sims™ 4 Rewards?
Welcome to The Sims™ 4! As our way of saying thank you for playing The Sims 3, we’re introducing The Sims 4 Rewards.

You’ll be rewarded with in-game digital content in The Sims 4 for owning and registering The Sims 3 PC and The Sims 3 Expansion Packs. Each reward object will affect your Sims’ emotions and personalities in a unique way. We hope you enjoy your rewards in The Sims 4! You’ll automatically receive your rewards in The Sims 4 the first time you jump into the game, when the game launches in September 2014. Your rewards will be waiting for you in your Build Mode catalogue when you launch The Sims 4 for the first time! Who is eligible to participate in The Sims 4 Rewards?
Owners of The Sims 3 PC and The Sims 3 Expansion Packs on PC are eligible.

How will I receive my The Sims 4 Rewards once The Sims 4 is available?
You’ll automatically receive your rewards when The Sims 4 is released in September 2014. Your rewards will be waiting for you in your Build Mode catalogue when you launch The Sims 4 for the first time!

How do I register my The Sims 3 PC or The Sims 3 Expansion Pack (s)?
If you purchased your game(s) on Origin or if your game already appears in your My Games library on Origin, your game is already registered. If not, follow the steps below to register your game(s):
1) Go to this link to register your games: www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html.
2) Log in with your TheSims3.com account information.
3) Find My Page on the top navigation bar, scroll down to My Account, and click Register A Game.
4) Enter the 20-digit serial code for your The Sims 3 game (found on the back of the legal pamphlet that came with the packaged version of the game).
5) Once you have successfully registered your games, come back to The Sims 4 Rewards website and log in with your Origin account. Your reward(s) should now be unlocked! If you’re already on The Sims 4 Rewards website, please refresh the page to see your rewards.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 20 minutes for the registration to take effect.

I tried to register my The Sims 3 game using the method above, but some of my rewards are still locked.

Is an Origin™ account required to participate in The Sims 4 Rewards?
Yes, an Origin account is required. If you already have an account on TheSims3.com, no need to register again. Just log in with your TheSims3.com account information. You will also need to register your copy of The Sims 4.

Do I still need to register my The Sims 3 game if I purchased it through Origin?
No. All purchases made through Origin are automatically registered.

Do I need to own The Sims 4 to get my rewards?
Yes. Every reward that you unlock as part of The Sims 4 Rewards program is an in-game item that can only be used in The Sims 4. You’ll automatically receive your rewards when The Sims 4 is released in September 2014. Your rewards will be waiting for you in your Build Mode catalogue when you launch The Sims 4 for the first time!

When will The Sims 4 be available?
The Sims 4 will be available September 2014.
