I'll need to do that some day, when I have the time. The super minute talk about "What if [online app] goes away?" got me paranoid for some reason. XD I do like my disk copies of games, though, just to give myself security.

There are a lot of LGBT Simmers that I wan't quite expecting! I don't know why I didn't expect more, seeing as EA doesn't hide the fact that they're very much pro-LGBT.

Regardless, I'll be looking forward to your couple when the game hits the shelves.

As for getting my copy, I'll probably head over Gamestop sometime tomorrow to see if I can't get it a little early for the pre-load this weekend. If anyone needs the information, I'll definitely provide it, so that people who want to pre-load, but pre-ordered a digital copy at Gamestop will know if they can do so. Though, it might depend on the people who work at your local Gamestop. o_o

I did a digital copy once from origin it was Showtime and it took up so much space I was not able to play the game (had to call origin to find out why they agreed to give me back my money) but then I bought the physical copy and downloaded it and it played perfectly fine. I was confused because the customer service guy said I wouldn't be able to and it would be worse. No more digital downloads for me.

Well it makes sense that it would do that. A digital copy needs space to the files to download and space for the files to install. After it finishes the install it deletes the downloaded files freeing up that used space. That's normal.

That is nice, but I rather buy the physical copy just in case... Always liked physical copies better. Especially books

I was the same way until someone in my house used there 5 finger discount on alot of my stuff. Needless to say I was forced to go digital. Now I don't know where I would be with out digital. For books I agree. I need to have that book in hand. I love the smell of old books. ;-)

Just went to Gamestop today and they said they had no idea about the pre-load thang that EA is doing over Origin. ;(

So, I guess I'll have to slug my way through a ton of server issues the day Sims 4 launches. Makes me a sad panda.

Gamestop would never give out CD-Keys early like that. I used to work at Gamestop. You would have to have preordered it from Origin to get the Preload. That is Origin's pre-order incentive.

I'm pretty stoked about the pre-load, when the game is released I will be at school and the campus internet is pretty slow with downloads and some times drops randomly. For the pre-load I will still be at home and if it works the same way as the demo did I should be able to install it fairly quickly, I had no server problems what so ever.
