Does Not Including Toddlers In The Sims 4 Change Things?, Personally It Was a Big Shock And For Awhile Had Me Considering Not To Purchase It, But Then I Cried And Ate Some Cookies And Thought Meh I'll Still Give It a Try. Surely The New Features Win Over a Life Stage That Will Most Likely Come Back In An Ep Pack. May I Also Add This is The Most That We've Ever Been Given From A BaseGame (Expectations Shouldn't Be To High)PLUS BABY's HAVE LEG's and are easy to care for but i will miss teaching my toddler to walk Ah The Good Old Days.

Yes it does. My take it or break it features are still Freewill, A.I and community lots "fullness"...but these cut-offs makes me wonder if EA really cares for what thesims fans want....taking out a feature that was in almost all games for PC piss off fans, even more the generational-players and lower overall excitement over the game from everyone. Many overreactionist simmers have probably already decided to not buy TS4 at this point and this doesnt help extending thesims series till Thesims 5 if you know what i am talking about.

I am kind of sad over certain thing not being in the game but I remember in Sims 1 when toddlers were not apart so I guess I need to thin of Sims 4 as an improved Sims 1.

I really dont mind i really didnt like the toddler age in the sims 2 and 3 and they made them and rarely gave them anything new.... and they couldnt do alot any way.... they will come soon i heard but for now im fine with but no pools is annoying

I am *STILL* pissed!!! I read the tweeter, Facebook and few others. Never see so many people as hardcore fan simmers are SO upset, cried, pissed, etc.. you name it. THEY demand to have toddlers BACK to the game. AND some people just CANCELLED their pre-orders.

Have to say i'm not too fussed at all to be honest yes of course it's really nice to teach them things but they are so gosh darn fussy! I haven't really played with toddlers or babies in ages but really ages can not be missed out & i find it rather silly that people say that they should get rid of the young adult age...oh yeah..when you're done being a teen the first thing on your mind is to get a job & start a family...If people want realism then they should add more ages....what about the age between adult & elder? My Dad is going on 60 in December & i don't class him as a elder so why not add young elders? they could retire but have a part time or another job till their golden years...I'm not exactly going to shove my Dad in a home on his birthday..

While I wish we were getting toddlers pools, & CASt....I'm not going to lose my mind about it like I've seen some on the Sims 3 site doing. Yes, it's an expensive game & yes we all want everything in the basic game but come on, to resort to calling names & cursing at others because of their opinion? That seems a bit childish to me. I remember when Sims 3 came out...people were doing the same thing....threatening not to buy because of this or that & look at the sales of Sims 3....they did pretty good, right? Sims 4 will be the same...everyone's getting riled because they're not getting their way....they'll settle down after the games out & they find a new reason to to let off steam...because it doesn't work the way they think it should or because of crashes or errors. Oh yeah, we're just at the beginning of the rants & raves! There's lots more to come. My advise? Sit back & relax....it's going to be a long bumpy ride!

The Adults are considered to be middle aged. Young adult is 18-29 adult is 30-49 that's why they develop subtle wrinkles during that time.

People need to realize, while this is part of the Sims franchise, it's an all new game. You can't compare it to anything else.
Me? I'm not butthurt at all, unlike some people *cough*at the S3 forum*cough* who are making this the quote on quote deal breaker for the game. I myself never used pools anyway. It was just a hassle in my eyes. And toddlers? I'll play through the age stage because I don't like skipping age stages, but I hated having toddlers. I felt once I had them learn all of the skills they could and whatnot that they were a bore to play with. Not to mention they'd start crying at 3 A.M. and was just a pain in the butt for me. I wanted my Sims to sleep. With work and all in the morning, and it doesn't help that Sims time is fast as heck. Besides, I asked around, and majority of people said they skipped the age stage entirely.

I can see how this would disappoint some people, but for me, I really couldn't give a flying turd. I do not think though they should release toddlers in an expansion. It should be a patch in my opinion. I swear, if I hear there is a petition about toddlers and pools, I will slam my face on my keyboard. I'm tired with all the petitions. This is a brand new game and if it doesn't have something like CASt, too bad for you because not everyone gave two turds about CASt, I know I didn't. Either way, just because a feature you wanted isn't in there, no need to get all butthurt. If you want CASt, pools, and toddlers, play Sims 3 for all I care. I'm in Sims 4 for the incredible multitasking, emotions, and awkward relationships and more of what it has to offer. Besides, they said these features will most likely be in it sooner or later. So we need to keep cool heads about it, yeah?

To wrap this rumbling rant up, no. This does not effect me whatsoever and I will buy the game. People are being over dramatic in my opinion. I can see the shock and disappointment, but I'm thoroughly surprised people are crying over it. I hope my little rant isn't coming off jerk offish but, I can't help it, I'm on the more pessimistic side of the personality spectrum and this is how I view matters through my own eyes.
