Creating families through CAS

I'm new here, so I apologize if this isn't in the right thread. I have been playing a same-sex couple in Sims 4 and instead of having them adopt a child, I just pulled the household back into CAS so I could add another family member. That way the child would be a biological blend of the two parents. My question is whether anyone knows if when I pull a household back into CAS there is any way to edit the settings of the two adult characters already in play. I don't mean just wardrobe, hair, beards. I mean like body shape, weight, things like that. Face it, not all adults can carry the same physique they had as a younger person. Anyone found a way to do this?

When in-game, open the cheat window using CTRL+Shift+C. Then enter in "cas.fulleditmode" without the parenthases. Changing appearance with the mirror or dresser will now convert over to the original CAS edit mode used while creating a family.
