This expansion pack would let you travel like in the one of world adventures but you can go to the worlds that you have including china, paris, and egypt, but you don't need visa pionts you just need the money(simoleons).

I would definitely like to see more travel in TS4. I don't mind the visa thing so much, it adds a bit of realism. However, I would like the destinations to be more involved and have more interactive restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. I'm not so much into the whole "solving puzzles" kind of thing, although it is fun.

I'd like to be able to choose between different hotels, rentals, etc.

Do you mean they could also go to worlds like bridgeport, and riverview along with all the other worlds even if they live in sunset valley? Also you can travel in TS3 WA without visa, you just can't stay as long.

Exactly that is what I mean. Because you have for example sunlit tides a vacation place, so why not actually make it one by letting us travel there. And I think that the visa points is just a disturbance, because you would have to be able to stay for as long as you want, but there can be also visa points wich let you stay longer, example: you choose you want to stay 3 days but the visa points can let you stay there for 6 days for the same money.

I agree, it would be great to be able to visit the other residential towns. I don't think visas would be necessary for that type of travel, as it is more local (within the same country, basically). But for exotic and far-away places, I think the visas make sense, but could use some updating or other options.

Or maybe a better open world concept since currently world and town are synonyms according to sims.

When I think of a world I think of an entire planet, when I think of town I think of well a town city hall, schools, shops, homes, etc. However in Sims 3 they called their towns, worlds. In Sims 4 I wish they would expand on this. When I think of world I think a world has multiple towns. Does that make sense? I hope it helped.

Yes it kind of made sense. But the expansion pack that I was talking about seems to be part of the new update that was launched today after the broadcast.

I didn't see a notice about this in the update text. The closest thing I saw is being able to move to another town, not just within your current town. I haven't played yet so I'm only going by what the patch notes stated.

That makes more sense, however it would be really cool to travel between cities.

Yes, but if we don't move the entire family our family tree is cut down and in this EP it's not for vacation its forever until you decide to move there again.

Oh okay, and I thought you were talking about an update, not the expansion?.. It's not much of an update we were already able to move sims to the bin and put them in another town.

I'd like them to add more vacation spots. Like Hawaii, Mexico (something like Isla Paradiso)... And have different things to do in each place you visit! Or even being able to add neighborhoods for the vacation spots, visiting other neighborhoods without losing friends etc.
