Sims 4 CAS demo release?

I gave in. I'm done waiting for EA to give me the demo, so I downloaded the torrent and have been playing nonstop for 3 hours. HOOKED LOL

Yes I believe this is a move from EA cause apparently they stopped the flow of the release of the demo when the cracked version came available so they might be testing the waters with this cracked one.

when you say test the waters, what do you exactly mean?

Well...I just got the demo from EA today. It appeared in my Origin account. No email. No fanfare. Was wondering if it was released to all early because I never get anything early. I am no one special.

I definitely didn't get it I've been checking my account multiple times a day for the last few days, I think they are just sending it out at random. Luck you, I'm jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I would be hesitant to go with a cracked version. Would the Gallery work in that version? By default it uses your Origin ID as your Gallery ID. I mention it because my The Sims ID is different than my Origin ID because I created them at different times. I am still really confused about that and wonder which ID the final game version will require that I use for TS4. I tried two years ago to change my The Sims ID to my Origin ID but I couldn't.

So basically everyone should get demo by the 12th of this month ?

Yes the Gallary does work with the Cracked Version everything works with it

oh and for those who may have problems running the game
1.- Go to folder "_Installer" inside the main folder you downloaded, then go to "vc" "vc2013" "redist" and install the file in there vcredist_x86.exe

2.- Go back to "_Installer" and now go to "vp6" and run de "vp6.reg" click ok if a dialog box appear.

3.- Now locate your "Origin Games" folder, mine is in Program files(x86), and copy "The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo" there.

4.- Go to "Game" "Bin" and run TS4CAS.exe and wait a lil' bit

LOL Damn, I didn't put the demo in the Origin Games folder and it works just fine, as long as I have Origin installed.

CAS question: Do you find that sometimes you keep altering your sims aspect just by wanting to turn them around? It took me a while to understand that I couldn't grab the sim, but instead grab the "air" around it.

Does the demo ever go out on the weekend, or am I wasting my time checking Origin before Monday?

Well, they say the computer sends it out automatically, so there should be a chance, but I don't think I've heard of anyone getting it on the weekend.
