The pre-order club!

When you go into Origin, there's a menu in the upper left to "redeem code" and that's where you'll put in the serial code from your game.

I don't have the photo button activated yet like in TS3. I downloaded Fraps and it works pretty well. Other people use control + PrtScn buttons but for some you have to set your game in windowed mode for the capture to work.

Yeah I just use print screen and paste it onto "paint" then crop what I need to and save it to my pictures folder. Then I use photobucket to put it in my Sims 4 section I made for it.

Pre-ordered from Amazon and just got the cheapest version. The animal hats scare me. What if they are like the crazy ITF or pirate boots or genie pants that show up on all the townies?

I'm not sure about the animal hats, either, though I know my daughters will love them. I'm hoping that teens and kids can use them, too.

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition from Origin and am still wondering whether or not I should order the guide from Amazon. Hmmm.

Check to see if you can bundle them together, might save yourself a little bit. It looks to me (anybody knows for sure?) that the book that comes with the premium edition is different than the guide. The book is artwork and a collectors thing while the guide is well....a guide....lol. Right?

It doesn't look like Amazon wants to just bundle the game and guide for me. It keeps throwing in the Dragons Age Inquisition guide before it will bundle. Oh well, I still have time to decide before it launches. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Are you a Barnes & Nobles member? You could just wait for them to get it and use your member discount. That's what I'm doing....or...wait for somebody to load it up online as a PDF. I got the entire guide to World Adventures for free that way. Found it on a file sharing site and downloaded, it only cost me paper and ink.

I have ordered the Prima Guide. I have ordered the mousepad mouse and headset Steelseries.

A couple are for myself. One for wifey and one for a friend. The rest I buy when some complainer whines to me how the game will flop because they "Cancel" or "Won't buy the mess" to make sales drop. These copies will be given away on my friend and my The Sims site.
