Oh I didn't realize you posted it, but I should've known. You are the #1 person when it comes to news. It was a nice read though.

Lol definitely not the #1 person when it comes to news but I really like how you did the bullet points. Not everyone cares to read that much to get the "meat and potatoes" of a story hehe! I agree about it being a nice read. She wrote stuff I had never heard about until her review.

They were supposed to have taken woohoo skill out of the game, but maybe they just made it more subtle. A combination of the athletic and creative skills, perhaps? Probably it's just random, though.

Probably. Hopefully they left just enough in the coding for a mod to add the woohoo skill for positive effect.

I'm a lazy gamer. I like games that are nice and easy and don't require a ton of work on my part. I play Sims with needs static, I cheat them all the money they could ever need, I use teleport to get my way through the tombs (no threat of traps getting my babies!). This looks like too much work to me! I'm going to get super annoyed if I have to constantly work *shudders* at keeping these bratty, demanding, pixel people happy.

I will say one thing that made me squeal and clap my hands. The fact that we can edit townie homes without having to evict them first! Yes, finally I can go in and fix something that is off or make it nicer without having to deal with the hassle of evicting to the clipboard and hoping the game doesn't crash before I get the chance to fix whatever routing issues was pinging off error trap or over watch.

I'm opposite than you on the first part. I do cheat money a lot but I like dealing with other aspects of their sim lives. And I LOVED WA and all of the exploration available. I think I only killed my sim once (he got caught by a mummy) but usually he had enough life after being burned to a crisp (the post-burned look was pretty funny ) for him to keep going.

I totally agree about the second one. Love that we can edit lots so easily in this new game!

Children can ask about woohoo. That's a cool feature they've added. I like it.

Yeah... I don't understand that... I know they are concerned about the changing of the rating of the game, but they should have kept the 'Woohoo' skill in... From the things I saw they added: "Unsatisfied woohoo", "Talk about woohoo", "emotion-changing objects: steamy shower: flirty" i mean... these won't? *rolls eyes* right... just expressing my opinion.

But my guess is that those that wanted the woohoo skill, and those that wanted to cut it, they met at a happy medium and compromised.
