Problem with CAS Demo

Hi guys,

So my Demo installed in about thirty seconds, and I was so excited. So I launched it, just to make sure it'll run, and it did. It was fine until it got past the video - then it loaded up CAS. The edges of the screen were clipped - I can barely see the gallery button but can't find the options button. I wish I had a screenshot, but it's 6:30am AEST and I'm on my way to school.
Any way to change this? I'm running Windows 8.1 if that helps.

You may be able to change settings using the config.log file in the folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo.
Try lowering the Resolution from there. May also help to set it to windowed (FullScreen 0)

You need to change the resolution under the settings in the game.

She can't, if she's unable to access the options ingame

Is there any way to change it without going into options? I'll try it when I get home from water polo.

Look another look in the folder, there's a Options.ini file you might be able to edit, to change the resolution. Just open the file and search for resolution, you'll find it easily.

No need to go into any files or folders.... when the Demo is opened up, just hit "esc" and a menu will appear. Go into "Game Options" from that menu. There is an option to change the resolution in there. I had the same problem as yourself, and found that the best resolution for me was 1768x992. Hope this helps
