ok sims 2 didnt exactly treat us with good nanny npcs and personally niether did sims 3 i mean i like the fact of having the baby sitters be teens but seriously they would just feed the kids bottles so anyway lets take a quick poll and see what we got our hands on here Nanny Presents. Helpful Vs Lazy lol this happened to me once (i do not own this photo all contents of this photo belong to the sims wiki) my house burned down that time and the baby managed to stay alive but the nanny on the other hand she burned   185px-Nanny_fire.jpg

Well I kinda like it that they're sometimes lazy, adds a bit of reality to it, but sometimes it's just to much -.-
Not just the nannys though, the housekeepers too. I had one that just watched my sims clean everything while he watched TV --,

If there are babysitters in Sims 4, they definitely need to be improved. I always get the absolute worst ones that do nothing. Then when I get back to my house to fire them, they immediately leave so firing them is impossible. Also, I think babysitting should become a teen part time job.

-.- my nannys always did the worst things possible broke all of my electronics or basically everything that could be broken and then just woke my kid up put her on the ground picked her back and put her back on the ground -.- then i had so many bottles in my house i had to go call a maid and at the time i didnt know about death by flies so i walked in the kitchen to call a maid and my sim got swarmed and died -.- so i personally lost it for annys after that

I love the idea of babsitting being a part-time job for teens! It would be great if it was an interactive job and we had control over them caring for the babies/children.

I would like this, I think over all TS4 should be more interactive with the things that aren't interactive with TS3.

Babysitters never do anything in my game -.-
Lazy, lazy, lazy, I never get a good one!

I'd love for it to be a part-time job! Also - I've been wondering why you can have a daycare, but there's no daycare for your own sim to place the kids? If they made that possible in TS4, it'd make my day lol :p

I did. Sims babies and toddlers drive me up the wall! All they do is be annoying and take all of the attention away from the rest of the game LOL

Really? I think they contribute, since the game is a life simulator, you have to start out somewhere people aren't born teenagers.

I enjoy the realism, but it doesn't change the fact that they're an annoyance!

I enjoy them to a point but sometimes aging takes too long for how I have it set so I just age them by force.

I just want smarter nannies and sitters. I'd actually make use of the nannies in TS2 if it didn't require a dozen different mods to make them behave correctly. Why would anyone hire someone so crazily irresponsible to take care of their children?
