The Sims 4: Superstar

Now I know you're all thinking it...what would it be like for a RE-Vamped version of Sims Superstar?

I honestly loved that EP! If you're an Old Gen Simmer than you know what I'm talking about. Having my sims enter the ups and downs of being a star was a definte challenge for me. I had a sim that I wanted to rise into being an amazing singer from recording jingles to performing live on stage. I think for TS4 they should sort of combine Superstar and Showtime. I'll admit Showtime reminded me a lot of Superstar. But I think they could expand on it a bit more. Note that this might sound terrible but I honestly couldn't come up with anything

The Description:
Join your sims on their climb up the celebrity ladder in the Sims 4 Superstar! Will your sim become and aspiring actor? Or rock the crowd as a leader singer in their very own band. Guide your sims as they go from open mic night to performing at the Simmys. Or set your sims through auditions to earn them a Sim Choice Award. Singing and Acting not the thing for your sims? That's okay, maybe they're more comfortable walking the catwalk as a model. Dress up in the finest threads and set the latest trends for other sims as you strike a pose at a few fashion shows. No matter what path your sims will choose it's up to you to decide wether they become the latest sensation or fall to their feet.

Sounds awesome. I think it would be cool if your Sim wanted to be a model , one of the requirements would be they would have to take headshots and send them in.

I agree, Sims superstar was really good, however showtime didn't really add much to the game for me personally. For Sims 3 I never played the 'celeb' kind of lifestyle. Who knows, if this type of EP does come out, I might give it another try.

Acting and Fashion are noticeably not in the base program and would be great fits for something with a celebrity system! (And it would be a good add-on to the music career that's in the base game too.) Especially since both could now have *two* tracks, not one, like in most of the previous careers. Something like Theatre (Superstar Actor/Movie Mogul), for an acting track and a producing/directing/screenwriting track. And Fashion (Supermodel/Haute Couture Designer). It would be really interesting to have clothes that weren't unlocked for anyone in your game until you had a Sim who reached a particular designer level ... and "made" them. And to have hair options for models that other Sims don't have.

I love this idea. I loved sims superstar so much like people freaking out when a celebrity sim walked by was adorable. Crazy fans going through your tar ash and stuff. I did like the preforming aspect of showtime, but I agree I wanted more.

they should make a town like LA and NYC make different venues for modeling, music, acting and comedy some combined. Award show venues would be fun IMO
Go more in depth with the career like some have said already.
-model first you have to find send in head shots and then audition for fashion shows/campaigns (really famous sim models faces could appear on the billboards around town, like that one sims game on the console)

-music; you record in the studio and then perform it live

-acting; audtions, then go on set and watch your sim film/do commercials maybe show them on home tvs
