Resetting my sim, she has a frying pan stuck to her hand

So not entirely sure how this happened but my sim has a frying pan stuck to her hand, I have tried resetting her a million times & it wont work... can any one please help me with this. Thanks

LOL sounds like a similar case with TS3 after release.

Pregnant sim preparing food & stirring the mixture in a bowl, goes into labor mid-way and takes the bowl with her to the hospital.

She was pregnant at the time yes.

Sims 3 had issues with items getting stuck to pregnant women in particular. Looks like they still haven't managed to get beyond this issue with Sims 4? XD My sim in Sims 3 got a mixing bowl stuck to her hand whilst she was expecting.
