Install error

hi guys, i have tried to install sims 4. i have created an origin account and signed in but when i put my game product code in, there was a server error and i got a message to say it was temporarily unavailable. i tried again and now it is saying that my product code has already been used. what can i do? i just want to play!

Hmm that is quite the conundrum I do know that Origin has been having problems lately because of people getting on and downloading/installing the game it happened to me too. I had so many problems just getting the redeem code option to work properly. Do you have the disc copy or the digital?

Hmm.. I'm not entirely sure if you can contact Origin it might be a small error/glitch. I'll look into and see if there's a number to call or a place to submit a email or something for you.

I don't see a phone number but you can go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ and follow the prompts. For your issue I'd suggest in order; Sims 4 > PC then select Download/Installation issues. And then of course give them a summary of your issues Hope this helps and gets you playing!

ea servers getting dangerously poor... everyday got server error when playing fifa
