Build mode:tile

I'm having a problem that when I sledgehammer tile on the second level that the tile cursor will not stay on the second floor so that I can put new tile down. It wants to put tile on the first floor still. I even tried making sure it was on the by tile instead of by room and it won't work. I've restarted my game and it won't work. Help!

I had the exact same problem. I moved the house. I put foundations up and down. I deleted walls, I sledgehammered everywhere. In the end I had to start again. there was 2 tiles that would just NOT stay on the same level as the rest of them. Hopefully a bug!!

I also hate how you cant erase a section of floor without deleting the whole floor. I have to box up spaces then change or delete the tile then remove the walls. Could also be a bug I guess.

Yeah I've found when building if you build walls without making the "sqaure" or other preset shapes, deleting floors etc can be a difficulty. I guess if it's not a bug we'll get used to it eh? lol !
