Marriage...

Sorry if this has been posted else where, but I did look and didn't find anything...
Anyway, on with my question, I've noticed that if you have an engaged sim and you get them married that their last name stays the same, the female doesn't take the man's last name, or whichever gender you're playing. And it doesn't seem to matter if you elope or have a full wedding event. Is this a glitch or was it meant to be that way, cause I don't like it, it makes having kids a bit confusing now too, cause now you get to choose which last name they take, the mother's or father's.

Also I've noticed sims don't get jealous at all? they'll get sad and angry but jealousy is gone, what the hell? I had one couple, and the husband cheated and made the other sim his girlfriend while he was still married and had gotten both women pregnant at the same time and the wife had no reaction at all, aside from 'very sad' after the divorce.

Is there a fix to any of these?

The marriage thing is a bug they're working on fixing I believe. Nothing we can do but wait unfortunately. I haven't noticed jealousy at all either.. not sure if that's a bug or something they're leaving out.. It seems like a weird thing to leave out though.

This has been a known bug, actually.
Last I heard they were working on resolving the Jealousy thing, but there are so many little bugs that I'm expecting one big patch to fix up several of these issues.
