I am trying to Move one of my Twins into there own house, and leave the other twin in the original house, they both have there belonging that they earn't in there career's,so basically trying to move one out with there own belongings to there new house, whilst leaving the other sim with his belongings.
Basiclly when I try to move house,I don't get the option to only move the one out,I guess I can kick one out but they would lose all there stuff,am I doing something wrong or is there no way round this ?

Not sure about their belongings going with each sim that you move, I think that stays as a family inventory only to the "active household". To separate the household is kinda complicated and quite the nuisance, you need to go to: 1. main menu 2. hover over the household you want and go to the more option; looks like "..." 3. go to manage household 4. Under played household click the one you want 5. Your options are: Edit, add or remove sims from the household in CAS; move household into a lot; transfer sims between households. 6. In the transfer sims between household option click the sim(s) you want, select the world and household you want to transfer to.

On the computer there is the move option, but that only applies for the entire household; it's nothing like sims 3 where you could separate each family member and move individually.
We have EA to thank for making things much more complicated on that one, unless of course there's an easier way, I'd love to know how.

No problem, I suppose one way you could have them have each their items, try it and see if it works, move all the items belonging to the one twin inside the house, and have the other twin that's moving have their items in household inventory and make it the main household to play.
