    Its a matter of chance, I didn't have the fertility award but my sim had twins on her second pregnancy. But the award should help a little. I don't know if there are any mods to make it easier to have twins, though.

    oh, boy is it ever! my chick had triplets with her first pregnancy and then with just a simple woohoo and not trying for baby, the heifer got preggers again. i'm going nutters trying to manage six sims...and now the triplets are teens! my sims are gonna drive me to drink!
