Other Sim Changes

Wouldn't it be awesome if when we create our Sims, we already have height options in there? I installed a mod for Sims 3 with height, but it can be a bit buggy. I'd love to see taller and shorter Sims in TS4. And of course, interactions would have to be altered slightly for the taller and shorter Sims, but I'd like to see it anyway ^-^

Also, what about piercings? I'm a pretty big fan of piercings, too XD It would be cool if they had different piercings andstuff too. Or they could have a tattoo AND piercing shop together! ^-^

Aren't there already a ton of piercings in TS3? Not to mention all the things you can download. I love the height thing though.

The only piercings I know about for TS3 that you don't have to download a mod for would be the ears. By piercings I mean lip, other ear, eyebrow, nose, bellybutton, corset, etc. For TS3, I had to download different things for lip/eyebrow/nose/bellybutton/corset/other ear piercings.

I've had eyebrows, nose, and belly button without mods. Corset's too but those were considered a top without any mods.

You pretty much had all the same options in TS2 though (obviously not voice) but in TS3 they just cleaned it up and presented it in a different way.

I really like the height idea, and am suprised it wasn't a new feature in TS3. Considering you could alter everything else down to the tone of voice.
Another idea, perhaps when the adult transitions to an elder the sim's height shrikens with them and then unlocks accesories such as canes and walkers.

Canes are already available from TS3 Generations, I'm not sure if other sims other than elders can use them though, I never tried. Walkers with tennis balls would be cool though.

Did they come with one of the expansions? I only have Supernatural, Seasons, and Pets, so I wouldn't really know XD But if so then I'd think it'd be better to have them in the base game. Then expansions (Which I'm assuming we will have) could have new piercing jewelry.

I've seen some mmorpgs with better character customization and i hope sims4 blows my mind with theirs

If the sims 4 has like at least half the level of customization eve online has or saints row 3, I could die happy haha.

I ave no idea if this is in either f those games or if I just randomly got this idea (I stopped to eat soup while the video was playing because I have a short attention span) but what if, with the hairstyles, we could adjust the thickness and length of the hair, while keeping it the same hairstyle? Or, also, the Sims, their hair could increase in length throughout the game, like in real life, and then we could have hair styling places where our Sims could get it trimmed, cut, or styled completely differently by the user?

Also, wouldn't it be nice if we could plan our Sims' outfits for the entire week? Like this for Monday, that for Tuesday, ooh, that should be Wednesday.. etc. And then they would be able to cycle through outfits the entire week.

Ah, okay. I just generally use the term "mods" for anything that isn't available in the Store or in game because I'm a strange person :3 But I mean with the piercings, that they come with the game so you don't ever have to worry about downloading a corrupted or outdated mod or CC.

That's a wonderful idea actually I never really thought about that one. To have your sims' hair grow and have it cut at the hairdresser. Oh the possibilities... Makes me so excited about the sims 4, can't wait!

I'm getting pretty excited too ^-^ I'm wondering what stuff EA will put in it though.. Hm. It would be lovely if the game creators saw this website and looked through all the different forum posts and incorporated some of our ideas into the game ^_^

Mods are things that change the way you play custom content are things to add to the game like houses objects and things to dress your sim in.

I love the idea of height, it would be fantastic to see that implemented. I also enjoy the thought about sims' hair getting shaggy and looking unkempt when in need of a visit to the salon.

As far as piercings, the more options to choose from, the better. Not everyone uses mods and custom content, for various reasons.

I actually found a lot of the female hairstyles from ambitions shaggy.
