Hoodie Help

Hey, so I'm probably like really stupid or something, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to put the hood up on hoodies. Are there supposed to be seperate hoodies with the hoods up, and do I not have them because I only bought the basic version? Or is there a button somewhere? I saw a NPC wearing one with the hood up and I feel like I must be missing something.

I think it's a specific outfit in the whole outfits section... it has a hoodie with a hat under it and chains I believe. You can't mix and match it.

pause at 0:32 and you can see the outfit. In the CAS pic the head is cut off so you can't see the hood but he has on the color combination that's shown in the pic so that should make it a little easier to find.

That's a little disappointing though, I was kinda hoping to be able to raise the hood on the sweater he was already wearing, but OK.
