A few bugs I've encountered lately

I'm doing Pinstr's legacy challenge, and while doing that I've encountered some things:
1) the grim reaper, since my firt sim died never left the house, actually he's stuck on the same spot an doesn't move (I have a pic, but idk how to attach it in the thread)
2) The crashing of the game, usually when I enter the gallery, I guess it has to be with the loading of the lots and all the stuff
3) a routing hiccup on the rattlesnake juice bar lot (only in that lot, it's weird) the sims can´t enter the lot straightly, it's like they need to go around the sidewalk, I recorded it with the in-game camera, but, like the pic, idk how to attach it her

does someone ave the same issues?

if someone can help, it's welcome any suggestions, on monday I'm gonna write to the gurus to see what help they can provide

I have noticed that too my sims do the same thing at the lounge and bar my game crashes randomly and that was when i didn't have my mods folder in. I also notice my sims actions are slower like they don't sync with the game time after a short while in gameplay.
