More than one family?

    On TS4, is it possible to play more than one family in the same world, without the other family automatically aging?
    Now that my original sim's first child has become a young adult, i'd like to move him out and create a new life and family for him. Though I don't want the other sims from his family to suddenly become old and progress while i'm playing with his new family.
    I don't want to repeat the mistake I made on TS3 D:

    Yes you can, just go into game options > gameplay > auto age (played sims ): only active household.

    look out though, because for me my sim (in an other household) gave birth so i couldn't name the kid, it was randomized.
