Update bug, PLEASE HELP!

So basically any words associated with any type of update come out as some of code. Does anybody know what would be causing this issue? Here are some screen shots...

My game worked perfectly after the update (including the text) so I'm gonna suggest some super basic possible fixes.
Have you tried restarting or reinstalling the game?

I agree with Meline...try restarting or reinstalling your game....So far I haven't had any problems with this new update for the careers ...but before this one I did have an issue with the Pool update but after reinstalling the game and updating my browser ...I havent had any other issues...I must say tho I never saw codes like you have before ...

Yeah, game looks the same for me, and sometimes it's even unplayable -.-'

And few minutes ago I found one more problem. I cannot uninstall the game with is really weird.

Well for me since the Last Update I can't get people to leave my home...
I invited a friend over to hang out told them good bye left for work.....found them in my pool having cocktails....I went to sleep and they were making coffee and hanging in my living room looking at tv.....So I got rid of the home and put up a new home thinking he would leave....WRONG!
He was in the New bed sleeping!...what the heck is going on I've tried everything and this nutcase wont leave my home any suggestions? I'm so about done with this guy he been insulted and still there lol wth?

Omg! Try delete bed, coffee and stuff he ever used and see.. did you accident move him in? Or try to delete him with cheat? lol Or maybe you can make him move to another house?

Guys I uninstalled the entire game along with origin and reinstalled. For some od reason everything is saved nothing changed and I'm still getting those little codes instead of actual words any other suggestions?

For me to finally get rid of him "The friend that never leaves" I had to evict them out and move there somewhere else and now that I moved theres one of my neighbors on my front porch using my tablet and the funny thing is we dont know each other......Im about to just start over lol sigh....I don't know what else to tell you lovell I never saw codes like what your getting seems strange...and I wonder why it was saved to bring you back the same thing all over again?....Can any one give Lovell some suggestions? cause I have no idea at all...he reinstalled and still getting the same thing again......

LOL better than nothing.. at least you finally got rid of him! lol It sound like a bug. Next time if a sim refuse to leave.. do not save the game, just log off completely then open Sims 4 and try again. I am sure things will be fine from on now... hopefully.

Do you have a scripts (mod) files for Sims 4? If so... can you try to move the files from mod folder to a different place (desktop whatever) and then open the game to see if there are no odd numbers/letter codes. Let me know please.

LOL Thanks Queen I'm so use to saving my games after my experiences with Sims3 I should have known...unwanted guest no save for sure lol

Where do yu find the mod file for sims 4 so l can get rid of these number codes

l found the file but still have the number codes come up l will uninstall and install the game see if that does
