    I've only encountered one twin int TS4, and it's not identical I suppose. But still love them though!

    Yeps. I get ALOT of twins! It gets irritating because my sims don't always have money or space :dead: but try creating a set of twins on CAS then another set but the two sets must not be related.let each twin have a baby with another twin. That usually helps me.
    Warning: There is a medium-high possibility for triplets. I even got 4 babies at a time once!!
