Move from town to town

Can you move your Sims and their homes from town to town?I have a great family that I want to move to Newcrest.

Yes!!
What you'll need to do:
In Build Mode save your house to the GALLERY or just your LIBRARY.
Go to the town you want to move to and place your house from the gallery (if you need more detailed information on how to do these things just let me know).
Once your house is placed i like to go back to my family and gather all their personal stuff they've made (sculptures, paintings, collectibles, pet fish etc. You don't need to do this because the copy of your home that you placed will have all the stuff already, I just like to keep the originals as to me it keeps the game a little more realistic, haha I'm cheesy.) put all that stuff in your inventory (build or personal).
Then... use your phone or computer to MOVE HOUSEHOLD.
You can then select to buy the house furnished or unfurnished (obviously if you want the replica you should pick FURNISHED) and then SELL FURNITURE (from your current house).
It's easier than I've made it sound as the last steps are all together on one little screen and you choose your options.

Make sure your sims have a couple thousand extra simoleans to afford the move.
