how do I put skins in my sims game???????????????????????????????????????

If you mean skin tones etc., once you've downloaded them, make sure you extract the files individually (where applicable) using 7Zip or similar, then copy and paste them (or move altogether depending on whether you want to keep copies) into the file documents/ElectronicArts/Sims4/Mods.
Just make sure you're not running the game at the time because no custom content will show up until you restart it.

That's no problem, it's not the easiest thing to locate when you're not used to it. You could type Electronic Arts or EA into your search bar to locate the game folder. The Mod option should be in there, and empty if you haven't added anything custom so far. If the files you want to add are known as "package" files they're ready to put in straight away. But if they're separate zip folders you will need to extract the contents properly. I right click on these and use the 7zip option which does this for you. If you haven't got it installed you can download it from http://www.7-zip.org/download.html patience is a virtue when trying these things for the first time.
