Bought Sims Get Together but can't install

    I purchased Sims Get Together EP but I can't get it to install...
    In Origin it is purchased but grayed out, and when I hover over it, it shows Available, Last played, Time played, etc. but it doesn't open in-game.
    How do I install it once it's been purchased? I did it before with Get to Work, but I forgot how!

    The pack is released December 8th (at least in the US), so you pre-ordered the pack. As soon as it is avaliable on that date, you should be good to install! If not, call EA support :)

    I have a question. Since the new patch for both Sims 3 and 4 I am having issues obtaining anything else for the Sims 4 because I don't want the patch for Sims 3. Any suggestions?
