Blurry shoes, blurry makeup, blurry backgrounds, blurry... well, everything

I just bought the game a few weeks ago. I played it once or twice and then bought Get To Work, Get Together and some accessory packs. The graphics were never that great, but now it's really bad, almost unplayable.

It's not just custom content either, even the basic skins that came with the game are blurry.

Literally no CC on this ol' chap. Why you so blurry then, dude? Don't do this to me, man.








I'm playing the game on Ultra. My computer should be able to handle it and it's running smoothly without any lag or anything, but I've tried every possible in-game setting just to be sure with no improvement.
I've checked and double-checked and the game is definitely using the dedicated Nvidia GPU, not the IGP.
I also checked GeForce Experience for new drivers and went through my Nvidia settings and changed everything to high quality with no results.

So most of that was custom content, while I'm extremely dissatisfied with thee game (that's putting it lightly) you can't blame your dissatisfaction about the quality for your CC on Sims 4.
