I just want to give certain characters the vampiric Strength and the ability to teleport!

    I don't want them to be blood suckers and not eat and go out anywhere or anything else. I just want them to have the super human strength and the ability to teleport and the mist way. NOT turn into bats. there seems to be no ingame way to attach these ability's to ordinary sims via add cheats or the text menu. Does anyone know anything? Do I have to create a mod and make a new type of occult that's similar to the vampires but without being a vampire?
