I want the sims 4 to be a combined sims 2 and sims 3

the sims 2 have cinematics,more toddler/chid interaction,can control neighborhoods
the sims 3 have better sims,can see where they are going like when in taxis or cars
but sims 4 must have more,more new things,stuffs etc.

But it would be good if some of old humour from first and second version of the game was included to the sims 4. Like a sad clown for example, short movie clips...We need more funny and unpredictable npc's in the game.

How can one move forward if it leaves its past behind? That would just be a new game completely, and not sims.

Well everyone liked some things moe or less. I've found those clips fun.
I just thought about a NPC of some old lady who hated romantic/funny interactions between the sims and was about hitting them with her purse as she was about passing them...lol...

I remember looking through a telescope during the day and the same old man barging through and smacking my peeping sim.

Anyone remember when in The Sims 2 you could actually get in the car by walking opening the door and sitting inside instead of just teleporting into the front seat and/or back seat of a vehicle? There was actually an animation. Even when you backed out of our garage onto the driveway and into the street. I wish that would be put back into both games, but mostly The Sims 4.

Combine all of the soundtracks from not only just 2 and 3, but 1 as well.

Don't forget every furniture item, tree, vehicle, etc. from every previous game. That'll mess your computer up big time!

like the car thing, in the sims 2 the car actually drives in the drive way but in sims 3 the graphics of the car are way better.

and thats only one example of it so yeah it would be really good if EA could do that!!

I agree, they should look back at what made the Sims great. Combine the warmth and charm of the Sims 2 with the scale of the Sims 3, and of course, sprinkle it with something new. So far, The Sims 4 seems to be heading to that direction, but I'm a bit worried that it's becoming too much like the Sims 2, such that they are even copying its flaws such as blocky graphics and lesser customization options.

Yeah I agree, like even the screen that shows all the buttons looks very similar to the sims 2, which seems quite dated to me. Unlike the Sims 3, the button screen looks modern and nice, but whether they are taking a step backwards, Im not sure, i really hope not!

I just hope it is good! considering the price of it!!!

I don't think it would be too difficult for EA to bring that back, I've been playing sims 2 lately and I love how smooth it is when they pull in.

Yes! I don't see why they took it away in the first place.
Maybe just maybe they will bring it back!

I can't stop watching The Sims 4 trailer.. it just makes me want to play it!!
