cannot save

    Hi all!
    I have had the sims 4 for a week and I'll create a sim move them in etc but the game won't save.
    I am logged into origin
    I am logged in on the sims gallery
    I have tried save, save as and saving and exiting.
    Please help me! Thank u xx
