game freezing and keyboard/mouse becomes unresponvise

I was playing my game great but I start to have the old problem of my game freezing and my keyboard and mouse becomes unresponsive. I googled it and people online say to uninstall or update ASUS MX suit II since its uncomptablty with Sims 4. I think its just some crappy music program and sis/dad thinks that its the soundboard which comes with the motherboard. What does AXUS MX Suit II do?

It's nothing your family did, it's an issue with ASUS AI Suite 2. I'd just uninstall it until Maxis gets the problem fixed. It's not crucial to have that program installed if I'm not even using it.

except I'm not allowed to uninstall it because my sister and parents think it is a SOUNDCARD for Asus system. What does the ASUS program actually do? Since I can't uninstall it until we know what it actually does.

Neither are a soundcard. The ASUS soundcards are like.. Xonar, POG, Essence.. etc.
