    I tried sending a message about this directly, but there's no confirmation that my message was sent after attempting to send it. It just keeps reloading the page... I made a one time payment of 8.99 USD for one month of service only (Purchased: Jan 3, 2020 / Expired on: Feb 4, 2020). Yet you've continued billing me $8.99 per month. I was just billed again today. Please refund my money for any payments beyond February 4th of 2020. Please make sure you don't bill me again moving forward as well. I like the content on your website, but if this doesn't get resolved, I will not make future purchases on your site, and I'll stop referring people as well. Thanks.
