Pregnancy in the sims 4

I really want to see some more pregnancy interactions in TS4.

Here are my ideas:
1. Pregnancy tests- instead of the little sound after WooHoo to confirm that you are pregnant, we should have to take pregnancy tests.

2. Longer pregnancies- I feel that 3 days is a little too short for a pregnancy. Or maybe we should be able to change the amount of days in it!

3. Miscarriagies- Seeing The sims 4 is all about emotions, when a couple has a miscarriage they would have very very sad emotions for a very long period of time .

4. Different trimesters- like the first trimester, the sim won't be very big, and there are still chances of a miscarriage etc., and then say the third trimester, and especially the last few days, the sim should get very tired very easily etc etc

5. Babies- When the babies are first born, they should be small, and then they slowly grow and grow each day and form their own personality

You offer some great ideas, trimesters are already a thing it's just so fast you can see how she gets bigger each time. I would also like to adjust the time sometimes I feel it's too long others I'm not really playing with her and would rather it be longer. As much as I would love growing sims I highly doubt that will be a thing, maybe farther down the road.

yeah true, theres lot of ideas out there for EA to consider but I know half of them won't actually be in the sims 4 just yet.
