Sims 4 custom content naked issue

    Hi guys, I just joined the forums few minutes ago as i encountered a bug(?) while using Custom Contents in sims 4
    Do note that i just started downloading and using custom contents on sims 4 today, so i'm very new to this modding stuffs on sims 4.
    I downloaded a women's CC top (as you can see in the picture attached to this post) that is obviously visible in the gameplay as she's playing the guitar.
    But at the bottom left, it shows that she's naked.

    I'm sorry if this is a really dumb question as i'm new to modding on sims 4. Is it suppose to be like that or is it a bug that i have to fix?
