Things That Should Be In Base Game

I think that they should definitely include pets and seasons in the base game, but I know EA won't do that :/. I hope they include a lot more regular content that should already be there, like motorcycles, laundry, water slides, ect. These things were added in expansion packs, even though they are pretty normal and should already be there. I want this to change in sims 4

I think little things like that could be in the base game, just not big items they're not that nice.

I think they should be in the base game also. But we must think of the business point of view. They can't add everything everyone wants, because then everything would be in the base game and there would be no need for expansions. The idea behind expansions is money money money, it's the only way they can keep making moeny after they have released the base game =)

This is something that has been brought up many times and I am certain we will see it on this forum countless times in the future. As LaughXtreme said, it would be a very poor business move for EA to do that. They have the task of balancing what will make the consumer happy vs what will keep their business going, it's not as if they are trying to be mean.

I just want a game that is GLITCH FREE, and i will be happy.

i think there should be a lager wardrobe selection on the base game and more interations with toddlers

i would like a deeper happiness system like uh there is more to happiness besides your motives. What about friends and love and security and income?

For example if my sim was family oriented she will have that hole in her life if she grew old and not having got married or kids at all. She will not be truly happy.

Like moire moodlets? But what about if that isnt enough for sims like what about depressed sims

We know that they can't give us everything despite proving time and again that they're capable of it. I just don't want to have to buy specific expansion packs just because I wanted spiral stairs or a piano or an elevator or a diving board. Basic household and build items should be base game since we know EA can make them. Expansion packs should include stuff we haven't seen before or stuff that truly changes and enhances game play. University, Seasons, Bon Voyage and Pets are acceptable but options, objects and interactions that come with packs like Late Night are kinda BS and should be basegame imo.

I completely agree. Even though they won't include obvious expansion packs they could at least include rain or something.

also be nice if they tested theses EP's with other EP's .. it seems 1 item in this EP effects another.

Wait you guys. Examine the photos closely. Is it raining in any of them? I know clouds are visibly changing. They used the words "vivid visuals"

Well they mentioned something like ''considering'' putting weather into the base game so maybe we'll have it. Travelling between the worlds and having different relatives to visit would be nice. I'm dreaming about worlds similar to Japan, Norwey etc. in sims 4, that would be fun..

Even though I never got around to buying Pets for TS3, I think that it should be included in the base game.
