When you want children do you use CAS or try for baby, why?

    i don't know what I should do... I have a storyline in mind and I want the children to look a certain way so I'd use CAS but I want my sims to have the whole pregnancy experience. I too want to have that experience with this generation of sims. I know I can cheat to alter their looks but it just doesn't FEEL natural.. you know? Impasse here..
