How do I get my Sim to have twins ? Has anyone have them what do I do

There might be cheats for it, there is also a reward which you can buy with what used to be lifetime points.
It's called the 'fertility' reward.

There should be a little present icon somewhere in your tabs, I think it's under the personality one, or the inventory one.
It will open up a list of rewards and will tell you how much points you have to spend.

I'm sure there's a cheat for it somewhere as well though ^^
