Bug in Makeup Setting

    while creating my sim, everytime i tried to add lipstick or some of the other makeup features it would make the game sort of freeze. as in, i could still rotate my girl and click on her face and body to zoom, or look at hair and face settings but everything else was locked. it wouldnt let me save or exit so i had to ctrl+alt+delete. can someone let me know what i should do?
