    Here is a thought, bare with me cause I don't think too often :confused:. I'm wondering if the skill gained/required for the Bistro will be gourmet while the Cafe will build/require home style :geek:. I was also thinking (I know, I'm on a streak!) that what we fix will build the different skills: pancakes = home style - Crepes = gourmet? :anyone:

    I haven't played the culinary career in ages but I may just have to now. I'm excited by all the possibilities! :celebrate:

    I kinda get what your trying to say, but gourmet food is just good food and all restaurant foods come from someone's family recipe! My family is in the Restaurant Business, so I have a bit of insight.
