My The Sims 4 CD isn't opening

    My The Sims 4 arrived today, but when I tried to install it, none of the CDs loaded. Simply, nothing shows up, nothing happens when I put the CD.
    Is there anyway I can download it without a CD, or anyway to fix this?
    My operational system is Windows 7. Please, and thank you!! :)

    Maybe your CD is defected, have to tired using a different computer? If it persists try contacting Origin, EA, or where ever you purchased your game from.

    Check your disc drive at "Computer" for "Autorun.exe".

    It's possible that autorun was disabled and needs to be ran manually.
