    I remember an old rumor that a concept artist had been hired back in 2010 for the sims 4, and he tweeted it or something and deleted it right afterwards... I don't really remember it correctly but it was something like that I guess lol :p but if that was true it would mean that they started working on the sims 4 since 2010 or longer... It would be like 3 years or something...

    The Sims 4 will be released in the first three months of 2014, EA confirmed during an earnings call with investors.

    That was released 2 days ago. So atleast we wont be waiting too long in 2014

    Also there is a live broadcast on June the 18th at 10AM PDT. Thats all theyre telling us really, nothing was announced at E3 either. They seem to be keeping everything under wraps at the moment, they still want to maintain everyones interest in the Sims 3 by bringing out the Island Paradise expansion.

    Yeah I did not know that news either! That is awesome! :D

    Hopefully it will not be pushed back like TS3 was. I think TS3 had an original March release too before it was pushed back to June. But then at the same time, push back = better game (sometimes).

    And I doubt EA will push TS4 back or release future expansions without bugs and stuff, I mean look at how they do now? You hear about bugs and crashes affecting expansions up to a week or two after they come out.

    But that is a problem with the gaming industry as a whole due to the fact you can patch over the internet now.

    Wow if so we do not have long to wait I know that I am going to get it upon launch.

    And yeah i had that problem with some of my expansion packs Cupcakes. I now just usually wait until a few weeks past b4 getting the expansion.

    I agree. It is not fair that the people who buy the game for FULL PRICE on DAY 1 should suffer with the glitches and issues and the people who get it on sale or simply just wait doesn't.

    EA has been working on TS4 since 2010, so I am quite sure they HAVE details to share, they just haven't shared them yet. Keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow!
