    Could this possibly be the worse PR screw up EA has dealt with?
    Fans of the Franchise were quick to jump that PR Manager Charlie Sinhaseni gave away a Sims 4 CAS DEMO Code to a so called Fan on Twitter.
    The forums lit up after numerous tweets published by Charlie Sinhaseni and twitter user Camille808. Thanks to Themaresnest we were able to get our hands on twitter screenshots of the whole conversation.    ​

    What do you guys think of all of this? Could this be a huge mix up or is it what it actually looks like?

    Should be fired. Of course it's what it looks like, UNLESS she got the game around the same time a lot of others did then I guess it is a coincidence.

    Tbh, that isn't fair. I bet if I got on there and had a fit because I didn't get a beta key, I'd be ignored.

    They ignore me all the time anyways when i ask questions about The Sims 4 (with my personal twitter).

    It just will encourage more people to ask for keys and when they are ignored, especially by him, they'd be pissed off.

    This probably isn't true...but as a female, I have my suspicions...he probably liked how she looked in her picture, gave her one.

    From my experience, demos are showing up very gradually. My friend found hers on origin a week ago, and now I've found it in my own client just today! I still have a couple of friends who don't have it and want it, but from this I think it's safe to assume that they're getting to everybody gradually to avoid strain on the servers, which was likely the whole point of the demo.

    I mean they still have until august to get everybody. THEN you can complain.

    A demo is meant to be public anyway. It's betas which may or may not be public.

    Yeah I don't like how they had the system set up. Passing it to random accounts...no way that we could sign up and get it.

    I guess its just a marketing stunt. Passing it on to random accounts, hoping they'd install the demo and have so much fun only making young adult sims they'd look more into and buy the game.
