Twins and Triplets, oh my!

I am on my 4th generation of sims on a specific family. The first child I had in the family was a girl named piper. Then they had a set of twins named Ashley and Savanna. Then Ashley had twin girls named Avery and Callie. Callie just had twin girls as well. I like having children on sims, but i am REALLY sick of always having twin girls.

so yesterday i got the game, and i started playing. she got pregnant and got triplets. this was the first time i played sims 4 so i have no idea how to handle this i'll try my best

In my current game-one couple had triplets (first time in the game). They were two girls and a boy that I named Pinga, Yun and I forgot what I named the last girl as she wasn't planned. The names are Korean and Inuit. Another had twin girls (one of the girls I changed into a boy as they were based off some characters and story I made and the twins were girl and boy. I was happy they were born twins like the story though, it made it easier instead of the couple having to keep trying for a baby). Their names are Vanessa and Vincent. I do have them pre-made; but I started the story this time when their parent's were younger and before they got together. Also my last couple that was having a baby had twins as well, this time they were boy and girl. They are Anik and Malina.

Most of these are based off OCs I have for certain games, series, etc....

Other couples I have either have to adopt as they can't have kids on their own or wait to get pregnant due to no Story Progress or mods that allows them to woohoo or get pregnant without me telling them to try for a baby. So far though, there is one set of triples and two sets of twins. Not sure how common it will be from now on though. It seems to depend on the game.

I got the game for Christmas, so I've only had one family so far. First pregnacy, twins. Boy and a girl. Second pregnancy, twin girls. Third pregnancy, twin boys. I've never had twins on any other sims before, so this seems a bit bizarre to me.

In my household was 7 Sims and one became pregnant... "Now can come to only one baby" I thought But, before the babies (surprise twins) was born, one sim died ..

My Sim had her second pregnancy with another twin girls .. so We're now 5 girls and 1 man xD

I used a mod and had the two people who tried for baby pregnant at the same time.

My first time having a baby I got triplets (two boys and one girl) and low income with only two parents- It's a struggle!

Ok, I'm seriously getting jealous with all of you lol. I have tried and tried over and over to get twins or triplets. With cheats, without, woohooing while pregnant, having the fertility trait, and NOTHING!!! I don't get it and frankly my Sim is a little upset about the whole thing....what am I doing wrong???

I have a couple who has one child and two sets of twins. Then the single child (Lacy0 had a single child and then 2 sets of twins. In the first set of twins the boy (Kellen) had a set of twin girls. I lost the save file afterwords.

I might be guilty of wishful thinking, but I feel like the game makes the twins thing hereditary...like in life! I have some families that never twin up unless I make it happen (have them try for baby multiple times even if I know she's already pregnant but it's not official yet) and then only the families that have had twins end up ever having them again. HAhaha I feel like I made that super confusing
Anywhoo, yay for twins that happen totally on accident, I love it!

MY families in the sims 3 were different. They had no multiples until i had one family that had twin boys and triplet girls. Triplet girls that are toddlers which is insane!
